How to Round the Corners of Image Blocks in Squarespace
Sometimes, sharp 90-degree image corners just don’t fit the style of your website. If you want a softer, more modern look, rounding the corners of your image blocks can make a big difference.
In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to easily adjust the corner radius of image blocks in Squarespace using built-in settings. No custom code required!

Step 1: Open the Image Block Settings
Navigate to the page where your image block is located.
Click Edit to enter edit mode.
Select the image block you want to modify.
Click the Pencil Icon to open the Image Block Settings.
By default, images in Squarespace have sharp corners, but we’ll adjust that next!
Step 2: Adjust the Corner Radius in Design Settings
Once inside the Image Block Settings:
Click on the Design tab.
Look for the Corner Radius setting.
You have two options:
Apply the same radius to all corners
Set a different radius for each corner
Most of the time, you’ll want all corners to be the same for a consistent design.
Step 3: Match the Corner Radius to Other Elements
If your website already has rounded elements—like buttons or forms—it’s best to match the same corner radius for consistency.
✔ If you have a contact form with rounded edges, check its corner radius.
✔ Click on the contact form, go to Design, and note the corner radius value.
✔ Apply the same number to your image blocks for a cohesive design.
For example, if the form’s corner radius is 20px, set the image to 20px as well.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Once you’ve set your preferred corner radius:
✔ Click Save to apply the changes.
✔ Refresh the page and preview how your images look.
Your image blocks will now have smooth, rounded corners, making your website design more polished and visually appealing!
